Delivery and Returns

Standard Delivery

Our Standard Delivery charge is £3.50.  Standard Delivery is made by Royal Mail within 3-5 days of placing an order. We offer Free Delivery for orders over £50.00.

Next Working Day Delivery

If your order is urgent we offer a Next Working Day UK Mainland delivery service for orders placed by 1pm.  The charge for this is £9.95. Orders placed by 1pm on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday.

Outside the UK Delivery

If you wish to place an order from outside the UK, please email us first with your desired quantity and destination and we will be pleased to quote our delivery charge.

Returns and Refunds
You can return any unused product as long as you do so within 30 days of you receiving the product.  You'll need to include the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you wish to make a return please email us at sales@allycandles.com letting us know the reason for your return.  We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

You can always contact us for any return question at sales@allycandles.com. 

Once we’ve received your return, we'll refund the price paid according to the payment method used at the time of ordering. We regret that we are unable to refund the cost of delivery to you and return to us. 

Please ensure you package and label returns so that they are not lost or damaged in transit.  As products remain your property until we receive them, we recommend that you retain some proof of postage in the event that they do get lost or damaged in transit.
